Justice in Motion currently offer 5 classes weekly, which are open to anyone and for all levels. Make sure the space you use is clear of obstacles for you to stand up, and if possible laying down and at least two steps space in all directions.

Classes are given on the online platform Zoom, which is accessible from your phone, tablet or computer.

Dance / Mon 5-6pm (with Roosa)
Contemporary Dance with Roosa is a dynamic, fun and energetic class, that works the whole body and is great for both mind and soul. Although also technical, the emphasis is on the enjoyment of dance and movement and the freedom to express.

BEGINNERS Dance / Tue 12-1pm (with Gemma)
This Beginners dance class with Gemma has a slightly slower pace and focuses on the connection between movements through the body. You’ll learn dance technique, work on strengthening exercises, as well as short choreographies to different rhythms.

Dance / Wed 4-5pm (with Miles)
This open level class with Miles looks at different textures and qualities in the body, whilst also using different conditioning and training exercises to keep fit. Although using a small space, we want to keep hold of some of the sensations we feel when we are moving openly.

Body Work / Thu 9-10am (with Gemma)
Body Work aims to asses or improve posture, flexibility, and promotes awareness of the body-mind connection, through Klein, Alexander and release techniques. This is a focused practice that concludes with a more dynamic improvisation, taking explored sensations into the space.

Dance / Sat 10-11am (with Annabel)
Annabel’s class includes a warmup, and technique enhancing exercises to upbeat music focusing on a range of qualities, and a fast paced sequence. This is a similar structure to her in studio class with several modifications for dancing in a small space. A fun and sweaty dance class!
