ON-LINE Feldenkrais to get you through the crisis.

This group is to help people through the corona crisis with short daily lessons from the Feldenkrais Method. At 9am and 8pm on week days (except Tuesday evening) there will be short lessons or Awareness Through Movement sessions LIVE.

So you can join and then turn up at the appointed hour and enjoy 20 minutes or so of lying down or sitting and following some simple awareness exercise.

They are great for posture, breathing, flexility and balance. And let’s face it, we all need a bit of those these days…
